Word M.E.D.I.C.I.N.E.™ invites this approach. By consciously examining and reshaping the stories we live inside of, we create a space for new identities to emerge. Midlife then becomes less about fulfilling inherited expectations and more about consciously choosing the chapter we are stepping into.At the heart of this work is a simple notion:

"Aging is a habit we have mastered"

Most people readily accept the possibility of symptom reversal, yet rarely consider that regeneration may simply be another expression of the same principle. In 2010, I was diagnosed with sever Electro-Hypersensitivity (EHS), a condition that Dr. Magda Havas, Associate Professor of Environmental & Resource Studies at Trent University, referred to as "Rapid Aging Syndrome" because of the way it often affected the body and quality of life. At the time, I experienced symptoms that included chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, memory loss, heart palpitations insomnia, tinnitus, brain fog, and neurological challenges.Over time and with inner guidance, I was able to reverse those symptoms. That experience became the foundation for much of the work I do today. While our bodies are constantly renewing and adapting, many of us continue to live inside narratives that expect decline.Word MEDICINE™ invites us to examine those expectations and consciously participate in creating narratives that support vitality, possibility, growth and renewal.
